Ove jeseni Fine Sushi bar ima novu zvezdu (srb/eng)

Seattle FriedS dolaskom jeseni, Fine Sushi bar se priprema da uvede neke novitete u njihov meni. Dve godine su prošle od kad je ovaj bar otvorio svoje kapije beogradskim ljubiteljima japanskog sušija. Danas ukus sušija iz ovog bara,a spremljenog od strane stručnih i vrsnih suši majstora starih i novih, poznat je i nezaobilazan  u Beogradu a i šire, koliko i neki drugi kvalitetni restorani. Nedavno sam imao  prilike da upoznam jednu novu zvezdu u njihovom meniju – Seattle Fried sushi rolnicu. Posle Seattle (avokado i krem sir i dimljeni losos), Seattle Fresh (krastavac, krem sir i losos) rolnica, sada dolazi Seattle Fried (avokado i blago pečen losos) rolnica.

seattlefriedrLepi parčići lososa koji opkružuju rolnicu su fino zapečeni pod plamenovima malog brenera kojim rukuje vešta ruka jednog od novih sushi majstora ovog sushi bara.  U ovim hladnim danima ovako nešto tako prijatnog ukusa će vas i zagrejati, čak i dok posmatrate dok se pravi.

Sam ukus rolnica je odličan i dosta dobra promena meni čak i bolja opcija od dimljenog. Meni sve dobro dodje, mada od svih Seattle kombinacija, mislim da je ova nova opcija najbolja, ali to je moje lično mišljenje.fine

Sem ovog noviteta na meniju ovog suši bara uskoro ćemo imati još novih rolnica i to: par fusion rolnica, nove vegetarijanske rolnice, zatim tradicionalni tamago yaki (japanski omlet), takođe tradicionalni ume shisho maki slatkiš sa mariniranom japanskom šljivom i japanskom mentom. Znači još puno razloga da obiđete ovaj bar!

Uz to pored dobro poznatog lososa, tune i brancina, Fine Sushies uvodi i oradu, belu ribu. Što znači još veći i bolji izbor za ljubitelje japanskog sušija!IMG_1845fH

Tako da hladne dane koji su nam stigli, snežne ili suve možemo provesti kod kuće uz suši iz Fine Sushi bara ili ako vas noge i sneg nanesu i u samom baru.

This Fall Fine Sushi Bar has a new star

The fall has come, and Fine Sushi bar is about to enrich its menu. Two years have passed since the bar opened its door to the Belgrade sushi fans. Today, the taste of sushi from this bar, created by old and new sushi chefs, is popular in Belgrade and beyond. Recently I have had an opportunity to get to know one new star of its menu – Seattle Fried sushi roll. After Seattle (avocado, cream cheese, topped with smoked salmon), Seattle Fresh (cucumber, cream cheese and salmon) rolls, now we have Seattle Fried (avocado and lightly flame-seared salmon) roll.IMG_1860fH

Visually very attractive pieces of salmon that encircle the roll are lightly fried under flames which were performed by one of the new sushi chefs in this bar. He did it very pricesely and masterfully. Small white and black sesame seeds, as well as green particles of spring onions sprinkled over the top of this rolls just visually attract you.

A taste of these rolls is great and it is a good change for those who would rather taste something less raw but not smoked (like in Seattle roll). To me, mostly all rolls are fine, but from all Seattle combinations, I find this new roll my favourite one, but this is  my personal opinion….IMG_1864fH

Beside this fusion roll, the menu of this sushi bar will be soon enriched with a few new rolls:  another pair of fusion rolls, new vegetarian rolls, then traditional tamago yaki (japanese omelette), also traditional ume shisho maki sweet with marinated japanese plum or japanese mint. A few more reasons to visit this bar!

In addition to the good old salmon, tuna and sea bass, the Fine Sushies also introduces bream, white fish.IMG_1871H

Hence, let us spend these cold fall and winter days, at home eating these fine sushi specialties or eating there, in the bar (if snow or freezing rain would allow…).
